ElevateHer was born from a simple conviction: every woman deserves a safe space to discover who she truly is — and the courage to live it out loud.
The Story Behind ElevateHer
Tracee Stuart's journey to founding ElevateHer wasn't a straight line — it was a sacred detour. After years of serving as a chaplain, walking alongside women in their most vulnerable moments — grief, transition, identity crisis — she recognized a pattern: women were surviving, but not thriving.
Her chaplaincy work gave her a front-row seat to the quiet battles women carry: the weight of unmet potential, the silence of unfulfilled purpose, the exhaustion of performing strength while privately falling apart. She knew something had to change.
In 2025, Tracee took a leap of faith and launched ElevateHer Mentorship & Empowerment — a space where faith, identity, and transformation intersect. What started as small group conversations in Chicago grew into a full mentorship ecosystem serving women across the country.
Today, Tracee Stuart holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, along with education and training in Trauma-Informed Care and Leadership Development. She is also an Ordained Chaplain, bringing a unique combination of professional education, spiritual leadership, and lived experience to her work. But more than her credentials, Tracee brings a story of resilience--one shaped by walking through her own wilderness, overcoming adversity,and discovering that God can transform pain into purpose. She chose not to allow her past to define her, but to allow God to use her journey as a testimony and her testimony as a ministry. Today, through ElevateHer Mentorship & Empowerment, she is passionate about helping hurting women rediscover the broken pieces of their lives, recognize their worth, and begin creating the masterpiece they were created to become.

Tracee's chaplaincy background is the heartbeat of everything ElevateHer does. Chaplains are trained to meet people exactly where they are — no judgment, no agenda, just presence. That posture of radical acceptance shapes every coaching call, every retreat, every program. You will never be asked to have it all together here.

The W.A.I.T. Framework
At the core of every ElevateHer program is the W.A.I.T. framework — a four-pillar journey Tracee developed from her chaplaincy practice, coaching work, and personal testimony. It's not a quick fix. It's a transformation.
Wisdom is the foundation. Before you can move forward, you must understand where you are — and why. This pillar invites you to slow down, seek discernment, and align your next steps with your deepest values. Wisdom asks: what does this season require of me?
Faith without works is still. Action is where intention becomes identity. This pillar is about breaking the paralysis of perfectionism and taking the next right step — even when the full staircase isn't visible. Action asks: what is the one thing I can do today?
So many women are living someone else's definition of who they should be. Identity is the pillar of reclamation — discovering, owning, and celebrating who God created you to be. Identity asks: who am I when no one is watching?
Transformation is not a destination — it's a daily practice. This pillar integrates the work of the previous three into a sustainable, joy-filled way of living. Transformation asks: how do I carry this forward and help others do the same?
